It's never been in us to give in. Our forefathers started with nothing, and created a vibrant city. We survived the dark years of the Japanese Occupation, and learned to depend on no one but ourselves. More recently, we've faced an Asia wide financial crisis, deadly viruses, terrorists threats, and yet we have thrived.
The current Global Financial Meltdown, may be the toughest crisis we've ever faced. But together, we can, and will rise above it. Because it's not in us to give in.
